At Cognitive Connections Therapy, we provide both Online and In-person Therapy Sessions. Our approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, neuroplasticity, and trauma-informed techniques to help clients overcome anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and emotional blocks. By blending neuroscience, psychological techniques and interpersonal communication skills we aim to help people identify key issues and challenge current beliefs and mindsets, create new goals and mindset patterns to help achieve sustainable change and development.
